Welcome to the registration page for the ARC2017 symposium.

The registration is closed, since ARC2017 has ended.

Information

Each accepted paper must be accompanied by a Full registration (=Author registration). The deadline for registering as author is the same as the camera-ready deadline, January 20th 2017. After that time, early registrations will be available until March 17th.

If you would still like to participate after March 31st, we are happy to welcome you but you will need to fulfill the registration and payment (Late fees) on-site.

The registration and payment process is fully automated and handled through a third party (eventilo). The payment options provided are iDEAL (Preferred method for Dutch participants), VISA, Mastercard, American Express and PayPal. The currency is Euros. There is a cancellation fee of €50,- and we will not provide a refund for cancellations after March 31st.

Student registrations are available for PhD students/candidates and students. Please provide proof of your status by sending a student card or signed note from you supervisor to the Finance Chair.

It is possible for each participant to bring 1 extra person to the social activities and dinner on Wednesday evening at an extra charge of €100,-. If you would like to do this, please activate the payment option.
